Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel your room booking after 24-48 hours of the scheduled check-in date, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be applicable. However, if you cancel your booking prior to this time frame, you will be eligible for a full refund of 100% of the total amount paid. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

2. Complete the Form: Carefully fill out the form with all required information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Submit Your Request: Once you have completed the form, submit it to our team for processing.
4. Your refund will be done in 3-5 Business Days.

 

Upon receiving your request, we will review and process your refund in 3-5 Business Days. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and we are committed to providing a timely and efficient resolution.

 

Please note that we will notify you once your refund has been processed, and you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of the refund.
